Account and Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your Divançe account and the data attached to it. You do not need to sign in to make the request; the steps below are enough. The Turkish version at /veri-silme is the authoritative text.
How to make a request
- Send an email to merhaba@divance.app with the subject Account deletion.
- In the message, write the email address registered to your account.
- We process your request within 30 days at the latest after receiving it.
There is currently no one-tap deletion inside the app; requests are received through the address on this page.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your translation history
- Your quota and usage counters
- The share pages you chose to publish and their card images
- Your waiting list entry, if you have one
What cannot be deleted
- The server access logs kept by our hosting and database providers. These are subject to each provider's own retention period and are not within our power to delete.
The technical rate limiting record from the waiting list form is kept for 24 hours at most anyway.
Leaving only the waiting list
If you only want to leave the mobile app waiting list without deleting your account, just write Remove me from the waiting list to the same address.
